Start a random connection if you want an introduction, or use room creation when you want to host a selected conversation. Keep account privacy, room visibility and another participant’s consent separate: one does not replace the other.
Membership and pricingChoose the kind of private conversation
Random Chat matches two eligible adults without a public group audience. You cannot select a particular person in advance, and filters depend on membership. When both people want to continue, Premium members can invite their partner into a private room; the invited person decides whether to accept. Creating a private room is also a Premium hosting feature, subject to verification and policy requirements.
Private rooms are not public discovery listings
Private and unlisted rooms are excluded from the public directory. The public rooms shown below are an alternative for hosted interaction, not a leak of private conversations. Visibility, participant permissions and capacity determine entry. A public label is not the same as free admission, and an invitation does not override account or policy restrictions.
Keep control of your identity and boundaries
Avoid contact details, workplace clues and revealing backgrounds. Use camera and microphone controls, available masks or blur, and blocking or reporting when needed. Effects can fail to track, and a participant can still capture what they receive. If a connection becomes uncomfortable, end it; neither a paid membership nor a private invitation creates an obligation to continue.
