Rollr ("we", "us", "our") operates a premium adult video chat and social platform. We are committed to protecting your personal data and processing it transparently in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Account data: email address, username, date of birth, subscription tier, country, gender, and profile attributes you choose to provide (avatar, introduction).

Verification data: government-issued ID documents and facial biometric scan data, used solely for identity and age verification. This data is encrypted and never displayed publicly.

Location data: your country, used for optional matching filters available to Standard and Premium members. We do not track your precise location or GPS coordinates.

Media: your profile photo (avatar) and any introduction text you provide.

Messages: metadata about your video call sessions (partner, start and end time, reports and blocks) and in-call reactions such as likes. Live video is transmitted peer-to-peer between participants and is not recorded or stored by Rollr.

Payment data: subscription payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We store only the outcome (subscription tier, amount, and billing dates) and do not store card details.

Usage data: profile views, likes, activity timestamps, device/browser type, IP address, and general usage patterns for security and analytics purposes.

Preferences: notification settings, language preference, display currency, distance unit.

• To provide and operate the Platform and its features.
• To verify your identity and age as required by our Terms.
• To process credit purchases and record transactions.
• To send email notifications you have opted into (account, policy, and safety updates).
• To moderate content and enforce our Community Guidelines.
• To respond to support requests.
• To detect fraud, abuse, and security threats.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We process your data under the following legal bases:

• Contract performance: to provide the service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests: for security, fraud prevention, and improving the Platform.
• Legal obligation: for age verification and regulatory compliance.
• Consent: for optional email notifications (which you may withdraw at any time in Settings).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We may share data with trusted third-party service providers strictly to operate the Platform, including:

• Identity verification provider (Didit): for age and ID verification.
• Payment processors: to handle subscription payments securely.
• Content moderation services (Sightengine): to check uploaded media for compliance.
• Email delivery services: to send notification emails.
• Cloud infrastructure providers: for hosting and data storage.

All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.

We may disclose data to law enforcement or regulatory bodies if required by law or to protect the safety of users.

The following information is visible to your matched partner during a call and on your profile: username, avatar, introduction, gender, country, online status, and verification status.

Your <strong>email address is private</strong> and never shown to other members.

Your date of birth, if collected, is used only to confirm you are 18 or over and is never displayed to other members.

Verification documents and biometric data are <strong>never displayed on your profile</strong>.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active.

When you permanently delete your profile, your data (messages, matches, credits, media) is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

Verification records may be retained for a limited period as required by applicable law.

Transaction records are retained for up to 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate data (most profile data can be updated directly in-app).
• Erase your data (delete your account in Settings).
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Data portability — request an export of your data.
• Withdraw consent for notification emails at any time in Settings.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your session, preferences (language, currency, distance unit), and security tokens.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage of sensitive data, and access controls limiting who can view personal data internally.

Despite these measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Rollr is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will immediately delete their account and data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
